The Secretary General
The Secretary General is the Chief Administrative and Executive Officer of the Diaspora Parliament, responsible for the day-to-day management, administration, and coordination of the institution. The Office supports the Speaker and Members of Parliament by ensuring the effective implementation of parliamentary decisions, managing the Secretariat, coordinating parliamentary sittings, committees, programmes, and international engagements, and maintaining official records and communications. The Secretary General also oversees strategic planning, institutional development, financial and operational management, partnerships, and stakeholder relations, ensuring that the Diaspora Parliament operates efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with its Constitution, Standing Orders, and governance principles while advancing its mission across the United Kingdom, the United States, Europe, and future global chapters.


The General Assembly
The main legislative body consisting of elected representatives from the various States in the US, Counties in the UK and the Regions in EU countries, overseeing national diaspora interests, coordinating county parliaments, and directing standing committees.
